The room was spacious and bright. The location is close to the train station. The staff was friendly and you can fill water jugs for the room in the restaurant! This was great as I stayed in summer.
Housekeeping did not refill coffee pods for machine. Also housekeeping didn't remove a used coffee cup. When I asked for a refill that evening, the receptionist told me they were locked away! I had to come down again in the morning to get them.

The room showed wear and tear. Wallpaper was peeling off the wall. The flooring looked quite old and could use a refresh. I also found it odd that there was no hand soap provided in the bathroom. It's a small thing, but still annoying.

the room looked just like the photos online. staff were helpful. the location was very convenient. the train station is only a short walk away.
housekeeping did not replace coffee pods. a used coffee cup remained in the room. when i asked for more pods, i was told they were locked up. i needed to wait until morning.

the hotel location was pretty central and convenient.
The lack of soundproofing was a big issue. I could hear everything from adjacent rooms. also, the air conditioning barely worked. The room remained uncomfortably warm even with it running constantly. I found this very frustrating.

The room was very clean and well-equipped. I loved the location. It was close to main attractions and the train station. The staff were friendly and quite helpful (they gave great tips!).
